This User Agreement ("Agreement") outlines your rights and responsibilities when using PGYDE.
By using PGYDE, you agree to the following:
1. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Platform for lawful purposes
- Enter accurate information
- Independently verify all official deadlines and requirements
- Monitor your own application progress outside of PGYDE as needed
You acknowledge that PGYDE is a guidance tool only.
2. No Guarantee of Admission
PGYDE does not:
- Guarantee admission to any program
- Influence admissions decisions
- Handle application submissions
- Provide legal, educational, or professional advice
All final responsibilities lie with the user.
3. Accuracy of Data
PGYDE may provide timelines, templates, or guidance based on typical application cycles.
Users must always verify official requirements with:
- AMCAS, AACOMAS, TMDSAS
- CASPA, OTCAS, AADSAS
- Postgraduate program websites
- Admissions offices
4. User Content
Any content you enter into PGYDE remains yours. You grant PGYDE a limited license to store and display this content solely for platform functionality.
You retain ownership of all your personal data and application information.
5. Platform Availability
We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted service, or error-free performance.
6. Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or other PGYDE policies.
