3. Purpose of PGYDE
PGYDE is an organizational and guidance tool designed to help users track and manage postgraduate application tasks. PGYDE does not submit applications, collect letters of recommendation, verify information, or communicate with schools on your behalf.
PGYDE is not responsible for missed deadlines or application errors.
4. User Accounts
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Notify PGYDE immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Use of the Platform
You may not:
- Use PGYDE for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to access the source code
- Upload harmful, inappropriate, or misleading content
- Use PGYDE to harass or fraudulently represent yourself
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, tools, branding, and design elements on PGYDE are owned by PGYDE and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, redistribute, or use PGYDE materials outside of the Platform without permission.
7. Third-Party Links
PGYDE may include links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those third parties.
8. Modification of Features
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of PGYDE at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate major changes.

PGYDE is provided "as-is" and "as available."

PGYDE is not liable for:
